Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate students' mental health conditions by conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain precise and ongoing documentation in compliance with company policies, including health records, treatment plan reviews, and comprehensive case notes.

• Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner.

• Implement creative therapeutic interventions and strategies to assist students in coping with various challenges, setting and exceeding personal and educational goals.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on care plans and advocate for students' needs within the educational framework.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Safe Horizon offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
