Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices.

• Utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a wide spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Documenting clinical cases accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant standards to maintain confidentiality and integrity in patient records.

• Engaging in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and psychologists, to ensure that students receive well-coordinated and effective care.

• Participating in regular team meetings and peer reviews to enhance clinical expertise and share insights on treatment progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
