Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality clinical assessments and direct psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, tailored to their specific needs.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, ensuring measurable objectives that align with therapeutic goals.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients by connecting them to essential community resources, such as financial assistance, housing support, and further social services.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute issues, such as suicidal ideation, severe anxiety, or substance abuse problems.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness in local schools and surrounding neighborhoods.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely case records and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to support clinical best practices and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families, allowing you to make a significant impact on their mental health and emotional development. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential with the ability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
