Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Synergy Counseling, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments tailored to each child's developmental needs.

• Participate actively in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Establish and maintain rapport with children and families to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Utilize a coaching model to provide families with information, skills, and strategies that enhance their child's development.

• Develop joint plans with families, integrating evidence-based practices and following Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making necessary adjustments based on child development status and family feedback.
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to early intervention and social work practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will work closely with families to address a variety of conditions, including developmental and emotional challenges, thereby supporting the children in reaching their developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills. Your role is vital in helping families navigate their journeys, providing both psychological support and concrete resources to facilitate growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
