Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans targeting specific mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on supporting clients who may face barriers due to socioeconomic factors, cultural differences, or systemic challenges. Particularly, you will work with adolescents and families within the school system, addressing a spectrum of emotional and behavioral health issues. Understanding and respecting diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and interpersonal styles is critical in creating a trusting relationship, which is foundational for effective therapy and intervention.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
