Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Main Street Health Center PC, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients spanning various age groups, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Maintaining meticulous records regarding client assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, fulfilling all documentation requirements in a timely manner.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments with clients, optimizing your calendar to accommodate both therapy sessions and follow-up communications.

• Utilizing a comprehensive billing service that efficiently manages claims, accounts receivable, client benefits, eligibility checks, and payment plans, which allows you to spend more time delivering care.

• Adapting therapeutic approaches to work with a diverse range of clinical presentations, including mental health challenges and substance use issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center on assisting individuals dealing with substance use challenges, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recovery and prepared to work closely with clients from various backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with a current, independent LCSW license to practice in Texas.

• Availability for a full-time commitment, with a minimum of 20-25 hours of client-facing work each week, including at least two evenings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. As a W2 employee, you will receive:
