Key Responsibilities\n

• Elicit thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify and eliminate barriers to treatment, thereby enhancing the patient's overall health and resource utilization.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities, adapting clinical interventions to meet the evolving needs of patients.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding social work activities in patients' medical records, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

• Consult with medical and support staff to provide insight into the patient's psychosocial functioning and needs, facilitating coordinated and effective care.

• Educate patients and families on medical recommendations and social work interventions, empowering them to follow treatment protocols and achieve optimal functioning.

• Advocate for patients, assessing their needs and coordinating community resources to strengthen their support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification treatment, addressing not only their mental health needs but also the environmental and social factors that impact their recovery. The goal is to provide holistic care that supports each patient’s path to sobriety and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• At least one year of clinical experience in a healthcare or mental health setting, preferably with populations similar to those served in this role.

• Strong knowledge of aging, human development stages, and cultural competencies relevant to providing effective care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contribution to our mission.
