Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough clinical assessments, tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Actively engage in our multi-disciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights and collaborative strategies to enhance clients' overall treatment outcomes.

• Closely monitor client progress and follow up regularly to track improvements, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with school staff and families when applicable, to support the needs of clients, particularly when dealing with adolescents.

• Provide counseling and guidance to clients, offering support as they navigate their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include individuals in detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. With a focus on empathy and understanding, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex emotions and challenges associated with their recovery, offering support and tools for sustainable change.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW licensure, demonstrating your credentials and commitment to the field of social work.
\n
• A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, providing the foundational knowledge necessary for effective practice.

• Strong verbal communication skills, essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients while counseling and advising.

• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to create effective and responsive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Coaching competencies to empower clients to adopt positive changes in their lives.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience in social work or a closely related field, particularly in settings involving detox or substance recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
