Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ strengths, needs, and challenges in a supportive manner.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and group settings, employing techniques that resonate with diverse populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals in a detox setting, providing critical support to those struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and various psychosocial stressors. Your approach will emphasize trauma-informed care, recognizing the unique challenges and vulnerabilities of this population while promoting resilience and recovery through empathetic engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in mental health or related fields.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and executing therapeutic interventions with clients.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical clinical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and familiarity with detox protocols.

• Certification(s) in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and others.

• Proven track record of independently managing a caseload and employing autonomy in treatment approach.
\n
• Experience utilizing electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms proficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
