Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Accurately document all client interactions and mental health assessments in a timely manner, utilizing our designated Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Effectively manage your calendar by scheduling client appointments, ensuring clients receive timely follow-up and support.

• Collaborate with other professionals in the organization to develop integrated treatment plans that promote holistic wellness.

• Address a wide array of clinical presentations, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll focus on a diverse client population, including individuals and couples from various backgrounds and age groups experiencing challenges related to substance use, mental health disorders, and the complexities of detoxification. This environment demands a high level of empathy and cultural competence, as you work to help clients navigate their unique journeys toward recovery and mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with an active LCSW license in Maryland.

• Strong professional ethics and the ability to maintain boundaries while building therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrating self-motivation and a capacity for independent work.

• A commitment to continuous learning and improving therapeutic skills through training, supervision, and professional development activities.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings each week to accommodate clients’ schedules.
