Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based screening tools.

• Create and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers, ensuring linked services are accessible.

• Provide short-term prevention, treatment, and recovery services including individual, group, and family therapy, focused on addressing clients’ immediate needs.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as necessary and ensuring adherence to established outcome benchmarks.

• Participate actively in team meetings and committees to improve service delivery and promote quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Ensure compliance with the ethical guidelines of the profession while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Assist with crisis intervention, demonstrating a calm and supportive presence during critical moments for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, with a valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
