Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health needs, formulating tailored treatment plans to address the unique requirements of each patient.

• Provide effective psychotherapy, utilizing techniques appropriate for a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, PTSD, depression, and addiction.

• Collaborate with primary care teams to ensure seamless care; this includes regular communication regarding patient status and treatment plans.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in moments of acute distress, ensuring they receive immediate care and guidance.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting behavioral health, applying this knowledge in clinical decision-making.

• Screen patients for substance use disorders and offer referrals to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services when appropriate.

• Navigate and manage patient records electronically, facilitating efficient documentation and freeing up more time for quality patient interaction.

• Actively participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on patient cases and contributing to a collaborative treatment environment.

Qualifications\n
