Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team dynamic. As a clinician working from home, you’ll engage with clients through virtual consultations, assessments, and therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services by conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions both individually and in groups.

• Develop integrated care plans that address clients’ physical, psychological, and social needs while promoting access to additional resources and services.

• Engage with diverse clients, establishing trust and rapport through empathetic communication and culturally competent practices.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance continuity of care and implement shared objectives for treatment and recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress in line with safety protocols and ethical guidelines.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely follow-ups, safety assessments, and crisis intervention as required.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of service delivery.

• Assist in the development of community outreach programs and preventive strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Active Health Medical Center offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
