Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions with clients, addressing a variety of mental health and substance use concerns, facilitating recovery progress, and promoting life skills.

• Utilize a range of diagnostic tools and psychological assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance misuse issues accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique situations, incorporating measurable goals and strategies tailored to their recovery journey.

• Provide critical crisis intervention services when necessary, including performing suicide risk assessments and coordinating emergency hospitalizations as required.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, physicians, and community resources to ensure integrated, client-centered care.

• Document all client interactions and services delivered in compliance with state regulations and agency policies, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.

• Assist in creating and refining clinical policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Engage actively in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities, contributing to a culture of learning and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients who are experiencing co-occurring disorders, such as mental health issues alongside substance use problems. You will engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varied life experiences, applying your skills and knowledge to navigate complex social and emotional challenges while promoting recovery and strength-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program and a valid LCSW license.

• At least two years of hands-on clinical experience offering mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, with specific knowledge in addiction-related issues.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interactions and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
