Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with students and families facing significant emotional and mental health challenges, offering individualized support through assessments and tailored interventions.

• Create and manage comprehensive care plans, ensuring accessible information flow between clients, their families, and multidisciplinary care providers.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to determine the immediate needs of clients and coordinate access to necessary services.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that are focused on alleviating symptoms of severe emotional disorders and fostering recovery.

• Work closely with educational staff to provide crisis intervention and collaborate on initiatives that promote students' mental well-being.

• Monitor clients’ progress throughout treatment, adjusting care plans as needed to meet evolving needs and ensure a supportive environment.

• Participate in quality improvement committees to enhance agency service delivery, while also staying informed of ethical standards and best practices.

• Fulfill administrative duties including timely documentation of services provided, data submissions, and adherence to reporting requirements.

• Respond to on-call requests during and after program hours as assigned, providing necessary support in crisis situations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
