Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients’ mental health issues, strengths, resilience factors, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy grounded in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other relevant professionals to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required, ensuring clients are supported at critical junctures in their care.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations, including documentation of treatment plans, client progress, and outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, focusing on practical coping strategies and support techniques for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus incentive.
