As a member of our remote team, the LCSW will work closely with staff located at our Corvallis detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments tailored to the individual needs of clients, addressing mental health concerns, substance abuse issues, and any relevant medical conditions in a primary care context.

• Provide high-quality behavioral health services, including individual, couples, and family counseling, as well as crisis intervention and treatment planning in collaboration with treatment providers.

• Create and maintain thorough electronic documentation of client progress notes, mental health evaluations, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and local resources, including medication assistance programs, support groups, and community agencies, to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Partner with Quality Improvement teams to develop data collection methods and enhance treatment outcomes through evidence-based practices.

• Engage in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to ensure the application of best practices and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n
