Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, utilizing tools from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to ensure accurate diagnosis and evaluation.

• Design individualized care plans that integrate cultural considerations and special needs based on patient assessments, aiming for positive emotional and psychological health.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, employing appropriate interventions and strategies tailored to improve their mental health status.

• Document all treatment records and clinical information meticulously, adhering to departmental protocols and regulatory requirements.
