As a fully remote position based within a Detox Center setting, you will have the flexibility to conduct your sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection with clients and fellow team members through virtual communication platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and social determinants, tailoring treatment goals accordingly.

• Offer individualized one-on-one counseling sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma.
\n
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions focused on common challenges such as coping mechanisms, building support networks, and providing psychoeducation.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable objectives rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring the best possible care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans while coordinating with emergency resources when necessary.

• Advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are upheld, and assist them in navigating complex healthcare and community resources.

• Keep detailed and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, complying with ethical and legal standards.

This role primarily serves individuals who are in the process of recovery and require robust mental health support alongside their substance use treatment. You will work closely with clients facing a myriad of psychosocial challenges, fostering resilience and advocating for their needs within our community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role and the value we place on your contributions to our clients and organization.
