Prestige Life Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Full-Time Outpatient Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in providing essential support and therapeutic services to clients grappling with a variety of challenges, including but not limited to neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health disorders, and parental substance abuse. Your responsibilities will encompass assessment, crisis intervention, and effective referral to other services as necessary, all performed either via phone or in-person consultations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans by interviewing clients to assess their current emotional, social, and psychological conditions.

• Plan, coordinate, and implement evidence-based support packages, assisting clients in managing their difficulties and promoting recovery.

• Create measurable, tailored goals for each client, ensuring that their unique strengths and weaknesses are taken into account.
\n
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making modifications to treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Provide insightful counseling and guidance on possible next steps during therapy sessions, helping clients make informed decisions about their care.

• Keep meticulous records of all client interactions, treatments, and progress reports to comply with legal and organizational standards.

• Participate in case conferences and, when necessary, provide evidence or testimony in court regarding relevant cases.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, acting as a key-worker and coordinator of client care.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and services that align with our clients’ recovery goals and holistic needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve school-age clients and their families, necessitating a deep understanding of their specific challenges and dynamics. As an effective communicator, you will engage with various stakeholders, including educators, parents, and community resources, to cultivate a support network that aids in the clients’ recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Prestige Life Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
