Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, including interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs of clients seeking detox support.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and physicians, to develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and facilitate referrals to additional resources or specialists when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain precise patient records and documentation in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations to uphold patient confidentiality and care quality.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions designed to enhance clinical competencies and ensure the delivery of patient-centered care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
