Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Arrowhead, your responsibilities will be varied and impactful. The role includes:

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions tailored for diverse clientele, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintaining up-to-date and detailed clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and industry standards to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the whole patient.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, allowing for ongoing professional development and refinement of treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n
