Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to establish clients' strengths, needs, and treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working within detox facilities or with clients experiencing substance use disorders is highly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or similar methodologies, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload responsibilities.
