Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals struggling with a variety of mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients upon entry to the detox facility.
\n
• Developing and documenting personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based solution-focused interventions tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate clients’ emotional growth and recovery.

• Maintaining thorough and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and is reflective of the highest standard of care.

• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated treatment approach for all patients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and continuing education to enhance your skills and contribute to the quality of care provided.

• Actively providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues and viable treatment options, establishing yourself as a trusted resource.

• Managing a full caseload effectively, ensuring that each client's therapy goals are met and documented systematically.

• Adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), ensuring all interactions are conducted with integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support primarily include individuals who are navigating the complexities of withdrawal from substances and seeking comprehensive mental health care during their recovery journey. You will work with a diverse population, addressing various mental health concerns and tailoring your approach based on individual client needs and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy, with a strong focus on mental health substance use disorders.

Preferred Experience\n
