Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, both in virtual sessions and through community outreach.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to identify client needs and assist in developing tailored care plans that incorporate multidisciplinary services.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning alongside clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration of care.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment protocols accordingly to support goals and enhance recovery outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring immediate support for clients facing acute challenges.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to support collective treatment efforts and share insights on client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
