Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews tailored to our detox client population.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans that take into account the client's cultural context, individual needs, and specific recovery goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in diverse settings including individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to facilitate immediate support for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, following both clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance understanding and management of mental health conditions, fostering long-term resilience.

• Engage in regular outcome assessments to measure treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans when necessary to optimize client results.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and emerging trends in mental health that can inform therapeutic practices and improve client care.

Qualifications\n
