Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.

• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Actively monitor and evaluate client progress toward treatment objectives, adjusting plans as needed based on their growth and feedback.

• Engage in collaborative case management with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and facilitating access to necessary resources.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records of client interactions, and document all services provided to adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed of the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with diverse clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will also support individuals navigating significant life transitions such as relationship issues, divorce, and grief. Your ability to tailor approaches to each client's unique circumstances will enhance their therapeutic experience and drive positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and work effectively in a collaborative setting.

• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

• Proficient in using digital platforms for telehealth counseling and maintaining electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
