Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their psychological and emotional needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools as appropriate.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression, ensuring they are culturally competent and sensitive to each client's background.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions and techniques tailored to client needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely documentation of treatment progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Participate in continuing education and training sessions to stay informed on the latest research and developments in social work practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
