Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services.

• Play an active role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to monitor client progress and outcomes.

• Provide hands-on support to families, offering evidence-based strategies that promote child development in natural learning environments.

• Establish trusting relationships with families and children, understanding their unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds.

• Educate families about early intervention practices, assisting them in skill-building initiatives for their children's development.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations regarding social work practice, ensuring compliance in service delivery.

• Utilize effective communication skills to liaise with community resources and coordinate care plans that support families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
