Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions both in-person and through telehealth platforms.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments and screenings to determine students' mental health needs and create individualized care plans.

• Collaborate closely with school personnel to implement integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination of services.

• Participate in crisis intervention and management as needed, ensuring a quick and effective response to student emergencies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to adhere to regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and outcomes for our client population.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned to support students and families in crisis.

• Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will serve a diverse population of students from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
