Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of patients, drawing on your academic training and real-world experience to establish accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide an integrated approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of health are addressed.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress against treatment goals systematically, utilizing tools and methodologies suitable for both virtual and face-to-face sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your state.
