Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning and diagnosis.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Clinically monitoring clients' progress towards their treatment goals, whether through virtual sessions or telehealth consultations.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care for complex cases.

• Managing client adherence to prescribed psychotropic medications, focusing on monitoring side effects and ensuring overall treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a performance-based annual incentive bonus.
