Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of individual, couple, and family dynamics to identify underlying emotional and behavioral issues, utilizing interviews, observational skills, and standardized assessment tools.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, focusing on fostering emotional growth and relational health.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to guide clients in overcoming issues like marital conflicts, parenting challenges, and grief.

• Establish therapeutic goals that promote improvement in clients’ emotional intimacy, trust, and overall relational dynamics.

• Facilitate conflict resolution sessions, helping clients develop strategies for improved communication and emotional regulation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various life challenges, couples dealing with intimate conflict, and families navigating complex dynamics. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing issues that range from infidelity and divorce to grief and trauma recovery, fostering a healing process that promotes personal and relational well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license in California.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $74,000 to $117,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
