Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop an understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapies.

• Design and navigate personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and interventions based on client needs.

• Utilize effective communication to collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
