Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a trusting and empathetic rapport with clients to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve diverse clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and relationship issues. You will also assist couples navigating through challenging life transitions. Each session aims to empower clients with the tools they need to foster their mental health and well-being, supporting them in developing skills for positive change.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills with an ability to establish motivation and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
