Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harmony Ridge Care Wellness, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to aid clients in managing and overcoming mental health challenges.

• Facilitating engaging psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community and connection among participants dealing with similar issues.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated care to our patients.

• Providing crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies through appropriate de-escalation techniques and therapeutic support.

• Educating patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower their recovery journeys.

• Generating and maintaining accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a diverse client population facing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques relevant to the populations served.

• Proven capability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Prior experience delivering both individual and group therapy services to a diverse array of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
