Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients to discuss their emotions and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults seeking mental health support. All clients utilizing our platform are pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for telehealth treatment, which allows you to focus on meaningful therapeutic relationships without the concerns of high-acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No disciplinary actions on your license history and no provisional/limited licenses accepted.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to connect with clients on an emotional level.

• Proficiency in digital technologies and software relevant to teletherapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with previous experience in teletherapy, particularly with diverse populations or specialized modalities, will find their expertise highly valued.
