Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing, utilizing ethical and compassionate approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current state-issued mental health counseling license for independent practice. We do not offer supervision for limited or provisional licenses. Credentials may include: \n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and full-time hours worked. We promote financial wellness through our weekly direct deposit and provide a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time counselors to support their health insurance needs.
