Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, developing a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique mental health challenges and background.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to client care and referring clients to external resources when needed.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity, evidenced by a clean disciplinary record with any licensing board.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to diverse adult populations.
