Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and create detailed patient assessments that inform treatment plans and therapeutic strategies.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions that focus on the unique needs of patients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in active listening and empathize with clients to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships that contribute to healing and personal growth.

• Participate monthly in clinical case reviews alongside the Lead Psychologist to refine treatment approaches and ensure the highest standard of care.

• Assist with discharge planning and aftercare coordination to promote long-term recovery and stability for clients.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to align with changing needs.

• Document all clinical interactions in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies using specified electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Attend regular training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
