Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions, providing one-on-one counseling, as well as group therapy sessions tailored to individual and family dynamics.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on clients’ unique backgrounds and therapeutic needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our intuitive therapist portal designed to streamline documentation, reporting, and task management.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques and additional therapeutic approaches to assist clients in overcoming behavioral challenges.

• Timely documentation of clinical notes, ensuring compliance with professional and legal standards within the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you’ll serve are diverse, including adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Our approach is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, helping them to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work, with active state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.

• Proficiency in telehealth counseling methods is essential, as the role centers around delivering virtual therapy.

• Strong understanding of current principles, practices, techniques, and evolving trends in individual and family counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including experience in treating individuals with co-occurring disorders.

• Experience with group therapy facilitation and/or substance abuse treatment is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
