Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying unique needs and establishing appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized service plans for clients.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes, ensuring that all clinical records are updated in a timely and ethical manner, in compliance with departmental standards.

• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams, participating in patient rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress.

• Provide case management support, ensuring comprehensive service coordination across community resources and support systems.
\n
• Utilize clinical assessment tools and methodologies to effectively monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of patients, including individuals, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n
