Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a team of child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for young patients, ensuring that care strategies are synchronized and effectively address each child’s needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and mental health support for children and adolescents experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring that appropriate protocols are followed to stabilize situations.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their healing journeys.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological needs and emotional well-being of children and adolescents, employing evidence-based practices to inform treatment decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, with a focus on areas pertinent to child and adolescent mental health.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California is mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
