Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay updated on current research and best practices related to child and adolescent psychiatry, implementing new strategies as appropriate.

This role focuses on children and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or similar relevant credential in the state of California; applicants with associates licenses cannot be accepted due to Medicare billing restrictions.

• A strong foundational knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience delivering individual and family therapy, with a focus on young individuals.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, approaching therapy with compassion and a child-centered perspective.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with children, adolescents, and their families.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications is essential to maintain effective documentation and case management.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, valuing diverse expertise in mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with remote therapeutic tools and methodologies is highly desirable.

• Annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
