Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, delivering personalized care tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients, integrating their feedback and progress.

• Utilize automated self-assessment tools during sessions to gauge symptoms, functional improvements, and the achievement of therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Engage in regular consultations with fellow therapists and mental health experts to share insights and strategies, further enhancing treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, providing them with the groundwork to explore self-awareness, understand their mental health challenges, and implement healing practices. Through our telehealth services, you will reach individuals who may have limited access to face-to-face therapy due to geographical or personal constraints, ensuring they receive the support they need in a confidential and encouraging setting.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing telehealth therapy, particularly with adolescents and young adults.

• Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster effective client relationships.

• Professional presentation and a warm, empathetic approach to patient interactions.

• A suitable home work environment with a reliable internet connection, ensuring client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years' experience in therapeutic intervention is required, candidates with 2-3 years of experience emphasizing evidence-based practices will be given preference. Experience with particular treatment modalities and the willingness to engage in ongoing training for our care pathways is essential for success in this role.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
