Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are pre-screened, typically exhibiting low acuity and stability, which allows you to focus on providing high-quality therapeutic interventions rather than crisis management. You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, fostering a safe and affirming environment conducive to personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing telehealth services, particularly for adolescent and young adult populations.

• Willingness to engage in ongoing training on our evidence-based treatment pathways.

• Strong computer skills with experience using various technologies including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHR).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary of $80,000 – $122,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
