Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients across varied demographics, including adults, adolescents, and families.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to patients' specific needs.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing specialized interventions that cater to complex mental health conditions.

• Regularly engage with clients to monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to assure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with local community resources and specialists to offer comprehensive support and referrals as needed.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor at Bon Ridge Wellness, you will work with a diverse caseload that ranges from children and adolescents facing developmental challenges to adults dealing with complex mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related conflicts. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate these challenges, fostering resilience and personal growth within a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active professional license (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW) issued by the State of California.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services across varied client populations.

• Strong ability to exhibit compassion and empathy, with the skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proficient organizational capabilities.

• A commitment to maintaining professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
