Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professional standards.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, offering support and continuous guidance throughout their treatment journey.

• Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' preferences, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy when applicable.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards for therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily includes children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Therapists are expected to engage with clients in a compassionate manner, fostering a safe environment for open communication and healing. The ideal candidate will be skilled at relating to young clients and adapting their therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of this age group.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

• Empathy and understanding towards clients’ experiences, coupled with a genuine desire to assist them in overcoming their challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage therapy sessions and documentation efficiently in a remote setting.

• Prior experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting, particularly via telehealth modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
