Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. You will be provided with the necessary tools to utilize digital therapy platforms that facilitate seamless communication between you and your clients. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling you to establish a routine that fosters productivity while ensuring you have ample time for rest and personal activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using digital therapy platforms to enhance client engagement and support effective remote therapy sessions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to ethical practice in the field of mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling in either an outpatient or similar setting.
