Work Environment\n

The position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate the needs of our young clients and their families. This flexibility allows for a balanced work-life environment while ensuring that we meet our patients' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs of children and adolescents, gathering information from both the youth and their families.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account the developmental stages and family dynamics, ensuring that interventions are tailored to each child's unique situation.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy sessions, and specialized techniques to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to care that supports the overall well-being of our young clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, offering immediate assistance to children and adolescents in distress.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to the continuous improvement of therapeutic practices within our multidisciplinary team.

• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry to provide the best possible care to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and behavioral challenges. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping these young individuals navigate their emotions and build resilience in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment methodologies.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy services to children and adolescents.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with patients and their families, coupled with a compassionate, child-centric approach.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and modern telehealth tools.

• A strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience working in child and adolescent mental health counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide a generous sign-on bonus as an incentive for new hires. Our benefits package includes:
